At our resorts, beach clean-ups aren&rsquo;t just a duty but a heartfelt commitment to the places that we call home. Week after week, we come together to clear the shores, not only to keep them beautiful but to protect the incredible marine life that depends on them.

Beach Clean-Ups

We have proudly partnered with Waves for Water to help bring safe, clean drinking water to communities in need.&nbsp; Together, we have distributed filtration buckets to local households, giving them a simple but life-changing way to access purified water.

Waves for Water

Every meal shared at Discovery Coron becomes an opportunity to give back. Through this initiative, a percentage of food and beverage sales goes towards providing much-needed chairs for a chosen elementary school. With every purchase, our guests help create a more comfortable and supportive learning environment for young students&mdash;one chair at a time.

Cheers for Chairs

Health and wellness should never be out of reach. Yet for some, access to medical care remains a challenge. To help bridge this gap, our resorts have launched several medical missions, partnering with Philippine Red Cross-certified first aiders to provide free health services and much-needed essential supplies.&nbsp;

Medical Missions

Launched in 2023, this program has given members of the local community, including those without formal education, a chance to earn a living while helping keep our beaches clean. Every piece of trash removed makes a difference, especially for the Hawksbill and Green Sea Turtles that nest on Discovery Coron's beach.

Happy Sweepers

Launched in 2019, this initiative saw our employees dedicating their time and energy to cleaning and restoring the premises of nearby schools. Through volunteer efforts, students can have spaces that are not just functional but also conducive for learning. Beyond this, we extend our support throughout the year, donating supplies every quarter to help students get the tools that they need to succeed.&nbsp;

Food is more than just sustenance. It&rsquo;s a source of comfort, strength, and connection. Through our feeding programs, we provide nourishing meals to children and the nearby indigenous communities, ensuring they have the energy to learn, play, and dream.

Since 2013, we have been honoring the brightest young minds through this program. We recognize and reward top-performing students from multiple schools&mdash;not just for their academic achievements, but for their perseverance, passion, and potential. By shining a light on their success, we hope to inspire them to keep striving for their dreams and show them that their efforts are seen, valued, and supported.

Discovery Model Student Program

Our resorts continue to support and uplift local communities by creating various projects and sustainable livelihood opportunities. We have partnered with local residents to produce virgin coconut oil for Glow Spa treatments. Our Welcome Bracelet Project has also enlisted indigenous women to handcraft 6,901 bracelets, offering guests a meaningful keepsake while providing income for the artisans.
